On May 22, APIP hosted a webinar for its members titled “HR as a Critical Factor in Competitiveness,” an opportunity for reflection and discussion focused on the increasingly strategic role of human resources management in organizations.
In a context of rapid technological transformation, new labor market dynamics, and increasing competitive pressure, Human Resources now plays a crucial role in ensuring companies’ adaptability, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Throughout the session, key topics were explored to strengthen organizational competitiveness through people:
