May 15, 2026
APIP announces the webinar “REACH Regulation | 2026: New obligations — microplastics and formaldehyde: Reporting obligations and restrictions on the placing on the market of wood-based articles and furniture, and in road vehicles,” organized by IAPMEI - Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation, I.P., which will take place on May 15, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The main objective of this session is to inform economic operators about the new requirements under the REACH Regulation, with a particular focus on reporting obligations regarding microplastics, the respective compliance deadlines, and the transition to annual reporting schemes.
Regarding the restriction on formaldehyde, the implications associated with the end of the transition period, scheduled for August 2026, will also be addressed, with a special focus on wood-based products and furniture, as well as the automotive sector.
This webinar represents a valuable opportunity for companies to stay abreast of regulatory developments and anticipate the adjustments needed to comply with new legal obligations, thereby strengthening compliance and competitiveness in the market.
Participation is free, but requires prior registration:
