The session was led by Susana Almeida Lopes, Managing Partner at SHL Portugal, Professor at ISEG, and Co-coordinator of ISEG’s HR Ahead Project, who presented the study’s methodology, the participation process, and the key benefits for companies and employees.

More than simply identifying who is already using AI tools, the study seeks to assess whether organizations possess the necessary skills to turn that use into value, analyzing dimensions such as AI literacy, critical thinking, learning, adaptability, and innovation.

In a sector that is increasingly demanding in terms of productivity, innovation, and competitiveness, preparing people to work with Artificial Intelligence will be just as important as making the technology itself available.
